Andrew J. Brown is a graduate of Georgetown University where he studied management and sociology. In 2006, he proceeded to manage and direct his third generation family owned land planning, surveying and development firm while maintaining his Maryland real estate license with over $55M in transactional experience. His skill set allows him to effectively consult and manage nearly all aspects of the land development and real estate investment process.
Andrew can provide both tenant and landlord representation services, development acquisition analysis, cash flow analysis, and valuation underwriting services for investment property sales. With his land planning background, Andrew can quickly determine the best and highest use for a property and evaluate the cost and profit for development projects to assist his clients with their feasibility studies and investments.
Recently, Andrew has assisted clients with the acquisition of over fifteen-hundred acres of land for land banking, the planning and development of nearly a thousand residential building lots, the site selection and regional expansion of Texas Roadhouse, comprehensive development management services for a seventy-two executive lot subdivision, Glad Hill Estates, feasibility studies for multiple mixed use redevelopments in Maryland and Virginia, and the planning and entitlement for the state of the art mental health facility, ClearView Communities.
With this strong background in entitlements and valuation, Andrew teamed with CPG Realty in July of 2017 to focus on investment property sales, land development deals, and leasing. Andrew lives in Middletown, Maryland, with his wife and three kids. He currently serves on the Frederick County Board of Zoning Appeals, and is a former Frederick City Planning Commissioner.
